This unit is Unit C (Basement Unit) of a triplex, located below Side A and Side B.
Side A and Side B are located on the upper (top) level of the property, while Unit C is the basement unit below.

What is a triplex?

A triplex is a single property divided into three separate units. Each unit has its own private entrance, kitchen, bathroom, and living space. While your unit is fully private and self-contained, there may be other guests staying in the neighboring units, similar to apartment-style living.

Please note: as this is a basement unit, you may hear footsteps or movement from the upper-level units.
The backyard may be shared with other guests on the property.

The driveway is shared between all three units and may be occupied at times. Please park in a way that allows all units to enter and exit the property without obstruction. If needed, guests may park in the middle of the driveway as long as access is maintained for everyone.

If you experience any parking issues, please let us know, we are happy to coordinate and reach out to other guests to help resolve the situation.

Please Note:
This is the basement unit of a triplex, with Units A and B located above. While the space is private and comfortable, sound may occasionally travel from the upper units, as the home is not soundproof. The backyard is not accessible from this unit.

Guests have access to everything in the house with the exception of the supply closet, which is reserved for our cleaning team.

Guests will be granted access through a keyless entry system. The keypad is located at the front door only. Your unique key code will be provided to you 24 hours prior to your arrival date.

However, please remember to not make any sort of purchases (sport events/tickets, movies rental etc.) from our account or you will be billed for those purchases afterwards.

This property is located in a multi-family residential area and is part of a shared triplex. As such, you may hear normal day-to-day noise from neighboring units or the surrounding community. This is a standard part of the living environment. Cancellations or refunds will not be granted due to noise.

While we strive to maintain the home in excellent condition, occasional minor issues (such as small plumbing or maintenance concerns) may arise. These are considered normal and outside of our control.
If any issues occur, we will promptly coordinate with licensed plumbers or maintenance professionals and request service as soon as possible. However, during periods of high demand, same-day service may not be available and response times are not guaranteed.

These situations do not qualify for cancellations, refunds, or reimbursements.

🐞 Pest Control Notice
As Georgia is a warm climate, occasional insects may be present despite regular treatment. We proactively partner with a local pest control company, which services the property every 90 days.

Please note that we are not a pest control company and rely on licensed professionals and experts for treatment. If any concerns arise, we will promptly contact our pest control provider and request service as soon as possible. However, response times, especially during the summer months, are not guaranteed due to increased seasonal demand in the region.

Refunds or reimbursements will not be provided for naturally occurring pests.
