Guests have access to everything in the house with the exception of the supply closet, which is reserved for our cleaning team.

Guests will be granted access through a key entry system. Your unique key code will be provided to you 24 hours prior to your arrival date.

Please feel free to use the 2 car garage, however, no remotes are given to guests so garage can only be opened and closed with the access code provided by the host for each stay.

🔆For special events (anything other than renting the home for sleeping purposes), please contact your host to confirm if your stay falls into this category BEFORE booking! Special events must be approved by host PRIOR to your arrival.

🔆 WE HAVE A STRICT NO PARTY/EVENTS POLICY without prior approval from host. Any signs of unauthorized guests that are not listed on the reservation or unauthorized party, you will be asked to leave the premise IMMEDIATELY with no refund.

🔆 Absolutely NO SPEAKERS are allowed to be used on the outside of the home AT ANYTIME. You will be charged $1,000 for disturbing the neighborhood.

🔆 Garage & driveway can comfortably fit up to 4 cars only. NO STREET PARKING IS ALLOWED so if you have more than 4 cars please CARPOOL or contact your host for more info PRIOR to your arrival.

🔆 This home is for a MAXIMUM of 14 guests. Only guests that are on the reservation are allowed in the house unless prior approval was given by the host. Extra guests are an additional $100/each. Extra guests include those who aren't spending the night (visitors).

We’re more than happy to provide you with complimentary streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN during your stay. However, please remember to not make any sort of purchases (sport events/tickets, movies rental etc.) from our account or you will be billed for those purchases afterwards.

Quiet hours start after 9pm.

There are security cameras on the exterior of the home for extra security.
