Shared carport behind the home:

Please feel free to use the car port behind the home. Kindly note that there is only 1 dedicated parking space for the unit - any extra cars will need to be parked on the street in front of the home. Please do not block the shared driveway at anytime.

Shared laundry unit behind the home:

Washer and dryer can be found within the unit behind the parking. Please note that this is being shared for both units so please make sure to clean up after each use and double check for your belongings.

Quiet hours start after 8pm.

There are security cameras around the home for extra security.

Please note this is a DUPLEX home. This listing is for Yellow unit (the right side). Occasionally, you might hear noises coming from the Blue unit. Most guests and, sometimes hosts, in the other unit are respectful of quiet hours after 9pm but as this is outside of our control there could, of course, be occasional exceptions. Please notify us if needed.

Please remember that this is an Airbnb and not a hotel, please be respectful of the property, be conscientious of wasting energy and turn off all the lights in the house and keep the space clean before you leave.
